Using Cloudly means agreeing to the basics below. Nothing complicated, just some ground rules to keep things running.

• The Privacy Policy applies and is part of these terms.
• Each user is responsible for the content they post. Cloudly does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for user-posted content.
• Content or activity that is illegal under EU law or US law is not allowed.
• No spamming and no ads. Cloudly is not a billboard. Posting links, images, or messages to promote a product, brand or service is not allowed.
• Cloudly is not liable for data loss, financial loss, or any other damage resulting from use of the service.
• Access can be suspended or revoked in cases of clear abuse, spam, or harmful behavior. Minor or unintentional rule-breaking will not result in an automatic ban.
